Scope
These terms govern use of PRENIO’s public website and software. A restaurant’s subscription, implementation or managed services may also be governed by a separate signed agreement.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the service only for lawful restaurant operations. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse guest information or attempt to access another organisation’s data.
Reservations
Restaurants control their availability, policies and guest experience. PRENIO supplies the technology but is not the restaurant and does not guarantee service, menu availability or acceptance of a booking beyond the status shown to the guest.
Payments and external providers
Live payment, messaging and third-party integrations are available only when explicitly connected. Provider terms may also apply. Features shown as prepared, sandbox or credentials required must not be treated as live.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but maintenance, provider outages and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
